Petitioner has been granted regular stage carriage permit for inter regional route Manendragarh to Bilaspur via Bundeli, Udnapur, Dewadand, Sigar, Bahra, Pipariya, Pasaan, Korbi, Chotiya, Katghora, Pali, Ratanpur and one trip return daily. However, the RTA, Ambikapur has not counter signed the permit despite the application filed by the petitioner on 6-1-2017. 2.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the petitioner's application for counter signature, expeditiously,

preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
