This is the second application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.307/2020 registered at Police Station Pipariya, District Kabirdham for the offence punishable under Section 364A, 34 of the IPC.

3. The earlier application was dismissed, as withdrawn with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of both the victims.

4. Admittedly, the victims are yet to be examined.

5. In view of the above, no case for entertaining this second bail application is made out.
