The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the impugned notice Annexure-P/2 dated 06/04/2010 whereby the petitioner has been asked to remain present before the enquiry officer in a departmental enquiry which has been initiated against the petitioner.

There was no interim order granted by this Court in the present Writ Petition.

In view of the same, by efflux of time, the enquiry itself must have been concluded by now or much development must have been taken on the notice which was issued to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Court is of the opinion that the Writ Petition has rendered infructuous.
