Heard finally with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 1.
This petition was preferred for a direction to the respondent No.4 to modify its order dated 17.10.2014 for allowing the petitioners to join the training of multipurpose health workers (Male). 2.
Admittedly, the subject training is for a period of 1 year and the petitioners had moved application before the Training Centre at Durg for the year 2014-15. Since the period is already over, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, however, the petitioner would be at liberty to move afresh application in accordance with Male Multipurpose Health Worker (MPW) Admission Rules, 2011. Sd/- JUDGE PRASHANT KUMAR MISHRA Nirala
