Considering the nature of grievance raised by the petitioner and also considering the fact that the petitioner down the line had crossed the age of superannuation as well, this Court is of the opinion that the Writ Petition has rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
