It is submitted that order dated 12.02.2015 passed in Writ Petition (C) No.231 of 2015 is being misconstrued.

It does not comes in the way of enjoyment of possession by the petitioner. It appears that the order has been wrongly construed. Status quo has been ordered with respect to possession. If the petitioner is in possession, he is entitled to enjoy the possession. The respondent shall act accordingly, and not give effect to order dated 2nd /3rd of April, 2015 (Annexure C/2). Contempt petition is disposed off.
