Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 05/09/17 Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners' application for renewal of licences is pending before the licensing authority / respondent No. 02 since 23.11.2016, even though the petitioners have deposited the requisite license fee. The petitioners' have made several representations before the respondent No. 02- District Magistrate, Raipur but it has not been considered and decided till date. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the State authority is directed to consider and decide the petitioners' application expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that this

Court has not made any opinion on the merits of the case. 4.
