There is an oral request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking permission to amend the cause-title of the present writ petition to the extent of adding "Chhattisgarh State Marketing Corporation Limited" as a necessary party in the array of respondents.

The said oral request made by the petitioner is allowed. Let necessary amendment in this regard be carried out by the petitioner during the course of the day itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain admitted dues of the petitioner pending consideration before respondent no.5 which till date have not been settled in spite of recommendations being made at the lower level. He further submits that the representation of the petitioner in respect of his claim is still pending consideration before respondent no.5 who may be directed to consider and decide the same at the earliest. 4.
Considering the limited relief that the petitioner has sought for, the present writ petition is being disposed of directing the respondent no.5 to take a decision on the representation made by the petitioner, keeping in view the
recommendations made by the Deputy General Manager of respondent no.5 establishment, dated 17.10.2019 (Annexure P-9). Let this decision be taken at the earliest, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. 5.
The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
