Petitioners have preferred these writ petitions seeking a direction to the respondents to pay outstanding dues of the petitioner along with interest @ 24% and also seeking a direction to the respondents to compensate the business loss suffered by the petitioner. 2.

Referring to the order passed by this Court in Om Sai Traders & Tent House v. State of Chhattisgarh & others {WPC No.2182/2015} and Om Sai Traders & Tent House v. State of Chhattisgarh & others {WA No.38/2015}, it is argued that the respondents are obliged in law to make payment of the undisputed amount.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case and the previous orders of this Court, both the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction that in the event the petitioners prefer representation before the Collector, South Bastar, Dantewada, for payment of the undisputed amount within a period of one month from today, the said respondent shall consider and decide petitioners' representation for making payment of the undisputed amount by the concerned department at the earliest, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of representation.
