Learned Counsel for the Petitioner after having gone through the letter dated 20.1.2015 bearing No.48098164 written by the Chief Engineer, Public Works Department, Raipur addressed to the Principal Secretary, Public Works Department, Chhattisgarh, submits that the Petitioner has no objection to the disposal of the writ application in terms of the recommendation made by the Chief Engineer for consideration by the Principal Secretary. 2.

Learned Counsel for the State has no objection to the same. 3.
