Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 12/09/17 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that her application for registration with the Chhattisgarh Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Council is pending before the respondent No. 3 since 21.01.2017 and has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to expedite the same.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly
allowed.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for registration expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
It is made clear that this Court has not made any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
