Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 07/09/17 By order dated 11.07.2017, this Court has already issued certain directions in the writ petition being WPC No. 1867 of 2017 filed by the petitioner. Therefore, no further directions can be given in this regard. 2.

However, the petitioner can prefer an application before the competent authority to expedite the proceedings and, in turn, the concerned authority shall do the needful and conclude the proceedings expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
