The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.56/2021 registered in Police Station P.S.- Patthalgaon, District- Jashpur (C.G.) for offence punishable under sections 341, 394, 395, 427 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

As per the prosecution case, one Surendra Kujur lodged report on 25/02/2021 at 10 am that the present applicants alongwith others stopped the truck and looted Rs.30,000/- and broken one glass of the truck. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that it is a case of road rage and the applicants when took side from the car, thereafter his truck

was stopped and loot of Rs.30,000/- was made and he was assaulted. He would submit that the injury are simple in nature, applicants are in jail since 28/02/2021, charge sheet is filed, therefore the applicants may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that injury was simple in nature, charge sheet is filed, applicants are in jail since 28/02/2021, this court is inclined to release the applicants on bail 6.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants shall be released on each of them furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for their regular appearance before it as and when directed.
