Agrawal Order On Board 08/09/2017 (1) This petition arises out of suspension of Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat, Ghuturkundi whereas according to the State Counsel removal proceedings has been concluded and the petitioner has been removed from the post of Sarpanch by order dated 4.9.2017 and, as such, no cause of action survives for prosecuting the instant case.

(2) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty the challenge the legality and validity of the order dated 4.9.2017 in accordance with law.
