Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 11/09/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that even though the entire loan amount has been paid by the petitioner, the petitioner's original title deed/documents which was submitted as collateral security towards loan amount with the respondent Bank has not been returned to him till date. The petitioner has also preferred a representation before the Respondent Bank on 28.04.2016, but it has not been considered and decided till date.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Dena Bank would submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered and decided expeditiously.

Be that as it may, the respondent Bank is directed to consider and decide petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
