1. It is contended that the petitioner has retired on 31.12.2018 and despite the retirement, the dues are not being settled and the retiral dues remains unpaid. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation on 27.11.2019 (Annexure P-6) that may be directed to be decided.

2. Considering the limited prayer made, it is directed that the petitioner may file a fresh representation to the respondent No.1 within a period

of 3 weeks which may be decided within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if no restriction exists the retiremental dues of the petitioner may be released.
