Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 12/09/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that additional fees is being demanded by respondent No.-5 Principal, J.L.M. Gayatri Vidyapeeth, Rajnandgaon (C.G.) and also the result of the petitioners have been withheld. The petitioners have also made complaint to respondents No. 2, 3 and 4 but till date no steps have been taken and, therefore, they have approached this Court for the redressal of their grievances.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the petitioners' are directed to make a fresh representation before the respondent No. 3- District Education Officer, District- Rajnandgaon who shall look into the matter and take appropriate steps expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petitions stands finally disposed of.
