The petitioner through the present Writ Petition has sought for a direction from this Court to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners for appointment as a Shiksha Karmi Grade-III from among the - wait-list candidates for Janpad Panchayat, Abhanpur, District Raipur (C.G.).

Recently, on an identical set of facts, this Court has decided the issue involved in the present Writ Petition in its judgment dated 07/08/2018 passed in WPS No. 6705/2009.

Further, from perusal of record it also reflect that, the petitioners while the matter was pending consideration before this Court on 19/07/2010 had made a submission that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is identical to the issue in WPS No. 6228/2009.

On going through the record it also appears that, WPS No. 6228/2009 along with a bunch of around 25-26 cases stood already decided vide judgment dated 28/02/2011 and all those Writ Petitions were finally dismissed by this Court.

In the light of the decision rendered by this Court, firstly in the bunch of Writ Petitions decided on 28/02/2011 and subsequently on 07/08/2018 in WPS No. 6705/2009, this Court is of the opinion that the present case also being identical and similar so far as the facts are concerned are liable to be decided in line of parity.

Therefore, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present Writ Petition.

The instant Writ Petition thus deserve to be and is accordingly dismissed in similar terms.
