1. The limited grievance is that the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is the non implementation of the order passed by the respondent No. 2 dated 24.08.2020.

2. The learned State counsel submits that let an appropriate decision be taken by the respondents as the representation so filed by the petitioner to the respondent No. 6, in terms of the order dated 24.08.2020 passed by the respondent No. 2.

3. Given the said submission by the counsel for the parties. The writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent Nos. 2 and 6 to take a decision in terms of Annexure P-3; (unless of course the order stands recalled/withdrawn) and the same be implemented in accordance with rules at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
