1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 30.8.2017 (Annexure P/1) passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (R.), Janjgir, whereby it has been directed to vacate the government quarter "F-4".

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order is unsustainable and bad in law.

3. On the other hand, learned State Counsel would submit that the petitioner is not eligible for "F" type quarter as it is allotted to Dr.G.R. Armor, who is entitled for "F" type quarter.

4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the impugned order.

5. Since the petitioner is not entitled to be allotted "F" type quarter, same has been allotted to Dr.G.R. Armor. I do not find any illegality in the impugned order.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition being devoid of merit is liable to be and is hereby dismissed. However, the competent authority may consider the case of the petitioner for allotment of quarter for which she is entitled. No cost(s).
