1. The limited grievance is that the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is the non implementation of the order passed by the Learned District Collector, District Rajnandgaon on 18.11.2020.

2. The learned State counsel submits that let an appropriate decision be taken by the respondent no.3 to as per the order dated 18.11.2020.

3. Given the said submission by the counsel for the parties. The writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to take a decision in terms of Annexure P-3; that unless the order stands recalled/withdrawn the same be implemented in accordance with rules at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
