Though, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier when writ petition was filed, on misconception of facts, statement was made before the Court that the petition is rendered infructuous for the reason that the petitioner was hopeful that some orders are going to be passed for redressal of her grievance. However, no orders have been passed till date, consequently, the petitioner has to file the instant petition. 2.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would pray that the respondents may be directed for consideration of her representation within a specified period in view of the grounds raised in the petition that the transfer is in violation of the transfer policy.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is finally
disposed off with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner's representation on such grounds as may be raised. The petitioner may submit a fresh representation along with a copy of this order for consideration before the respondent authority. Let decision be taken by the transferring authority within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of representation.
