Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Janjgir, District Janjgir Champa (CG). ---- Respondents For Petitioner : Mr. Ravindra Sharma, Advocate For State/Respondents : Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, Dy.G.A. and Mr. Pawan Kesharwani, Advocate, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 05/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that impugned notice dated 28-30.08.2017 has been issued by respondent No.4-Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Janjgir-Champa against the petitioner is illegal and bad in law.

(2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file reply before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Janjgir Champa. If such reply is filed by the petitioner before the said authority, in that event Sub Divisional Officer shall consider and decide the petitioner's case strictly in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner expeditiously within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of reply.

(3) The interim relief granted by this Court on 15.09.2017 shall remain in force.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
