1. This application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant apprehending her arrest in connection with Crime No.116 of 2018 registered in Police Station- Civil Line, District- Bilaspur for alleged commission of offence under Section 306 IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that in the present circumstances, the applicant is willing to cooperate, surrenders and apply for grant of regular bail before the Court below.

3. Considering the submission made, at this stage, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. In case the applicant surrenders and applies for grant of regular bail, the
