(1) Learned counsel appearing for the State, on instructions of the Collector, Korba, would submit that the petitioners will be offered compensation as per new provisions of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act of 2013 and, if they are agreed, compensation will be paid to them within a period of two monhts.

(2) In view of the above statement, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
