(1) Against the order of termination dated 23.08.2004 the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Kunkuri in which interim order has been granted in favour of him on 31.08.2004. It appears that the appeal is still pending consideration before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Kunkuri.

(2) Be that as it may, the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Kunkuri is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, if the appeal

is not disposed of.

(3) Interim relief granted on 31.08.2004 shall remain in force till the appeal is not decided.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
