This petition is preferred for grant of promotion to the petitioners on the post ofAssistant Grade-111.

The petitioners submit that earlier they were appointed as Peon and now they are promoted to the post of Assistant Grade - III and petitioner Gangadhar Sharma is posted at Govt.

Higher Secondary School, Lakhanpuri, Tahsil Charama, Distt.

Kanker and petitioner

-2Narendra Kumar Rajak is posted at Govt. Higher Secondary School Bande, Tahsil Pakhanjur, and Shri Ram Swaroop Lavetre is posted at Govt. Higher Secondary School Girhola, Tahsil Charama, Distt. Kanker. 3.

As the relief is granted to the petitioners, they are now willing to withdraw the present petition.
