1. Heard.

2. The only limited grievance of the petitioner is that pursuant to the remand of the

case made by this Court in WPC No.204/2016 on 31.07.2017, the Collector heard the case afresh and as per the order-sheet dated 05.07.2018 after hearing the case, the case was fixed for orders. Thereafter, the order-sheet at the backside would show that the orders were passed, however, the certified copy of the same order bearing Case No.117/B-121/2014-15 has not been provided.

3. Considering the copy of the order-sheet which are on record and the perusal of the documents would show that the certified copy has already been applied, however, it has not been supplied, it is directed that respondent No.3 shall supply the copy of the order which is passed in case No. 117/B-121/ 2014-15 in between M/s. Agrawal Oil Agency Vs. State of Chhattisgarh within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
