1. The accused/applicants have moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.26/2015 {ST No.24/2015 pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Ambikapur}, registered at Police Station Udaypur, District Surguja, for the offence punishable under Sections 376 (2) (g) read with Section 34 of the IPC, 5 (g) and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. After hearing counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the manner in which a minor girl is alleged to have been gang raped by the applicants, I do not consider it a fit case for grant of regular bail to the applicants. The application is rejected.
