This is first bail application filed u/s 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail in connection with Crime No.400/2016 registered at P.S. Old Bhilai, Distt. Durg for the offences punishable u/ss 376, 450, 506 of IPC and section 5(i), 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Earlier the bail petition of the same applicant being M.Cr.C.No.586 of 2018 relating to the same crime number i.e., 400/2016 has been dismissed as withdrawn on 12.04.2018. The said fact has not been disclosed in this bail application. Even no representation has been made on behalf of the applicant despite repeated calls. In view of such facts, this petition is dismissed.
