2. In the writ petition, there is no averment that on the complaint, police has registered offence against the petitioner. Even during the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner could not satisfy this Court that taking cognizance of the complaint, police has registered offence.
3. The petition is without caution and misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
4. In case, on the complaint, police registers offence against the petitioner, it will be open for the petitioner to take recourse to remedy as may be available to him under the law.
