Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 12/09/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State would submit that the impugned order dated 07.07.2017 passed by the First Additional District Judge, Raigarh is appealable under Section 54 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Court. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
