1. The limited prayer that the petitioner sought in the instant case is to issue an appropriate direction to Respondent No. 4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in respect of his claim for confirmation in services.

2. According to the petitioner, she has been appointed in the year 2014 on probation for a period of two years and probation period completed on 01/10/2016. However, till date no order of confirmation has been passed by the authority concerned on account of which the petitioner is not getting any annual increment and other consequential benefits.

3. Given the limited nature of grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents' authority to consider the representation of the petitioner at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days dealing with the aspect of confirmation and releasing the other consequential benefits from the date of confirmation.
