Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board /0 9 /201 (1) Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has completed his work, but the payment has not been given to him for the same and, therefore, he may be permitted to file representation before the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Raigarh for redressal of his grievances and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(2) Be that as it may, if the petitioner files representation before the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Raigarh for redressal of his grievances, the respondentMunicipal Corporation, Raigarh is directed to consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a periof of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(3) With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. (4) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and the authority concerned would be at liberty to decide the representation in accordance with law.
