1. This is the First bail application of the applicant, filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for his release on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.284/2018.

2. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw this first bail application with liberty to revive the same after examination of the material witnesses.

3. Prayer is allowed.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
