1. By this CrMP, the petitioner seeks modification of order dated 28.05.2020 passed in MCRC No. 947/2020 with regard to extension of time for furnishing bail bond.

2. This Court vide order dated 28.05.2020 passed in MCRC No. 947/2020 granted bail to the petitioner and directed that if he has not furnished the bail bond earlier, he would be required to furnish bail bonds within four weeks from the date of order on his executing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one local surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was directed to furnish bail bond within four weeks from the date of order, but the petitioner could not furnish

the bail bonds due to the pandemic diseases Covid-19. Therefore, the petitioner may be granted further time for furnishing bail bonds as directed in the aforesaid order.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and having considered the fact and situation of the case, the petitioner is further granted eight weeks' time to furnish bail bonds.

5. Accordingly, the CRMP stands disposed of to the extent indicated herein above.
