(1) The accused/applicant has moved this third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing her on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 163/2015 registered at Police Station Sirgitti, Revenue & Civil Distt. Bilaspur for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3 & 4 of the Chit Fund and Money Circulation Scheme (Banning) Act, 1978. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 26.08.2015 passed in
M.Cr.C. No.4118/2015.
(3) The applicant's second bail application was dismissed on merits by this court vide order dated 16.11.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.6397/2015.
(4) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this third bail application.
