1. Heard on I.A.No.1 of 2020, which is an application for withdrawal of bail application.

2. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.49/2020, registered at Police Station Saraipali, District Mahasamund for offences punishable under Sections 186, 353, 294, 323, 506-II, 34 of the IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the

MCRCA No. 402 of 2020 Court to withdraw the anticipatory bail application.

4. Learned State counsel would not oppose the withdrawal of the anticipatory bail application.

5. Accordingly, IA No.01/2020, application for withdrawal of anticipatory bail application is allowed and the present case is dismissed as withdrawn.
