Mr. Vinay Pandey, Advocate.
For Respondents/State: Mr. Arun Sao, Dy. Advocate General. Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board /0 9 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that impunged order dated 25.08.2017 passed by the Additional Collector, Raipur is unsustainable and bad in law and the same is liable to be rejected.
(2) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the order impugned with utmost circumspection.

The Additional Collector, Raipur, by its order dated 20.07.2017, admitted the revision petition for hearing and also directed to maintain status quo with regard to suit land, but on 25.08.2017 vacated the earlier interim order of status quo granted on 20.07.2017 and the case is now fixed for 5th October, 2017 by the Additional Collector, Raipur.
(4) Since the revision preferred by the petitioner has been admitted for hearing and the case is fixed for 5th October, 2017, it would be expedient to extend the earlier interim protection till 5th October, 2017 and the Additinoal Collector, Raipur be directed to dispose of the revision petition latest by 31st October, 2017.
