Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 14/09/17 Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in spite of having the transfer certificate from D.A.V. Public School, Raigarh, the petitioners' are not getting admission in D.A.V. Public School, Chirmiri and, therefore, directions may be issued to consider the same. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents- D.A.V. Public School would submit that the petitioners' case will be considered along with the other students on the basis of lottery to be held on 17.09.2017.

On the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, I deem it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners' case along with other students on lottery basis on 17.09.2017. 5.
