This petition has been filed against the order dated 27-06-2016, by which, the petitioner has been transferred from Bilaspur to Jashpur. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been subjected to frequent transfer. He submits that vide order dated 03-06-2016 passed by the Directorate, Social Welfare, the petitioner has been posted at Bilaspur and within a period of 20 days, he has been again shifted.

The petitioner was under suspension. The Director, while revoking suspension vide order dated 03-06-2016, posted the petitioner against the vacant post of Warden at Bilaspur, but actually, the petitioner was earlier posted at Raipur on the post of House Master. It is for this reason, now the petitioner has been given posting of House Master at Jashpur. Posting of the petitioner at Bilaspur was not substantive posting, but only against the post of Warden. Therefore, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
