1. The present is a third Anticipatory Bail Application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 179/2016, registered at Police Station Chakradhar Nagar, District Raigarh, Chhattisgarh for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of Indian Penal Code and Sections 13(1), 13(2)(D) of Prevention of Corruption Act.

2. First two bail applications have been dismissed by this Court on 17.05.2017 and 26.02.2018. The first bail application has been decided on merits discussing all the grounds, which the applicant has raised in the present bail application also, except the fact that the co-accused has been released on bail by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and that to was a regular bail under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration the allegations, which have been leveled against

-2the present applicant, this Court does not find any strong case made out by the applicant for grant of Anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the present application deserves to be and is accordingly rejected.

4. However, in case if the applicant surrenders before the trial Court and moves an application for grant of regular bail, if possible, the same should be considered on the same day.
