The present application has been filed to review the order dated 21.4.2015 passed in Writ Appeal No. 448 of 2014 disposed alongwith Writ Appeal No. 208 of 2015 and analogous cases.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that their appeal by inadvertence was disposed at the Appellant's request in terms of the order in Writ Appeal No. 208 of 2015 on 21.4.2015 when their grievance is similar to that of the Appellants in Writ Appeal No. 416 of 2014 decided today in Writ Appeal No. 32 of 2015 and analogous cases including Writ Appeal No. 416 of 2014. 3.

Learned Counsel for the State rightly submits that it is a matter for the authorities to examine appropriately since the pleadings in the review application are extremely sketchy and it is not possible to decipher any facts from the same. 4.

We have considered the submissions and upholding the objection on behalf of the State, recall the order dated 21.4.2015 in Writ Appeal No. 448 of 2014 but without prejudice to the rights of the Respondents to examine the contention of the Petitioners that they are similarly situated as Appellants in Writ Appeal No. 416 of 2014.
