1. This petition has been brought under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction.
2. An application filed by the petitioner under Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C before the Court of JMFC, Jaijaipur FIR which was registered in PS- Jaijaipur. After investigation a closure report has been filed and thereafter the final report is also proposed to be filed by the concerned Police Station. At this stage, the petitioner has an option to move the Court below by filing a complaint case under Section 200 of the Cr.P.C.
