The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.331/2017, registered at Outpost Sonakhan, Police Station Kasdol, District Baloda Bazar - Bhatapara (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 366 and 376 of IPC. 2.

The first bail application was dismissed on merits on 12.12.2017 in MCRC No.6509/2017 without reserving any liberty to repeat the prayer.
