(3) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the impugned order.

(4) Be that as it may, the Additional Commissioner, Bilaspur is directed to hear and decide the appeal and also on the question of interim order and to pass bi parte order expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
