(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application before the respondent authorities for allotment of separate house, but the same has not been alloted by the respondent authorities, though he is entitled. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the application of the petitioner will be decided within a period of three weeks from today.

(3) In view of submission made by learned counsel for the respondents, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make additional representation supported by document before the respondent authorities within a period of ten days from today and in that event respondent authorities shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
