Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners have filed an application under Section 64(2) of the Land Acquisition Act, 2013 before the respondent No. 2- Collector, Janjgir Champa which is pending consideration since 08.07.16 and has not been decided till date, therefore, directions may be issued to consider and decide the same expeditiously. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2- Collector, Janjgir Champa is directed to consider and decide the petitioners' said application strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing the parties. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
