This is second bail application.
The applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 07.01.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.7000/2014.
The second bail application has been filed by the applicant submits that thirteen material prosecution witnesses, who are already examined before the trial Court and they have not supported the case of prosecution and, as such, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the bail application.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after considering the statement of material prosecution witnesses, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Therefore, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously.
