1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after the writ Court passed the order on 17-3-16, the respondents have partially complied with the order by reinstating the petitioner on 28-7-16 i.e. after filing of this contempt petition, however, the decision in respect of payment of arrears of honorarium has not been taken as directed by this Court in para 8 of the order.

2. Since the major part of the relief has already been granted to the petitioner, learned counsel would submit that respondent No.2 may be directed to decide the issue concerning arrears of honorarium within 3 months.

3. In view of the prayer made, the contempt petition is disposed of at this stage, with a direction that respondent No.2 may decide the issue concerning grant of arrears of honorarium within further period of three months.
